Memorial Super Neighborhood issued the following announcement on Jan. 30.
Attached is a letter dated January 7, 2020, from Barker Point Seniors, Ltd. handed to me at last night’s meeting notifying the Memorial Super Neighborhood of a 9% Housing Tax Credit application to the Texas Dept. of Housing and Community Affairs for a 120-unit (103 for low-income tenants) senior housing apartment project proposed at 800 Hwy. 6 South (west side of Hwy 6, south of Memorial Drive). The letter also states the apartment density to be 34.6 units/acre.
