County Judge Hidalgo Issues Second Amended Stay Home, Work Safe: Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo issued an amended Stay Home Work Safe order to further the goals and polices of the State of Texas as set out in Executive Order GA-18 and is to be construed in connection with such order until 11:59 p.m. on May 20, 2020.
