Westchase District issued the following announcement on Nov. 27
As reported in the Houston Business Journal, a Taiwan-based marine shipping company has signed a lease to relocate its regional headquarters from Sugar Land to Westchase District. YangMing Transport Corp. has leased 34,541 sf in The Reserve at Westchase at 3250 Briarpark Drive. The Reserve at Westchase is a four-story, 194,919 sf office building. YangMing operates a fleet of 90 shipping vessels. JLL and Transwestern worked on the deal.
