The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2018 was $3,295.45, 1.91% of the appraised value of the home.

The last time this home sold was Sept. 21, 2011.

So far in October 2021, eight properties sold in Bear Creek Village.

According to the Texas Secretary of State, Matthew Anthony Tamayo has been registered to vote since 2012. Lauren Nicole Tamayo has been registered to vote since 2008.

The Texas Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 16039 Juniper Grove Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Matthew Anthony Tamayo, 33, Lauren Nicole Tamayo, 31, and Benny Tamayo, 43.
