On June 30, David Michael Guerra II purchased a four bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 7502 Marble Glen Lane, Somerall from Luis and Telma Serrano. The property is appraised at $186,141.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2021 was $1,287.89, 0.69% of the appraised value of the home.

So far in June 2021, this is the only property that sold in Somerall as of this publication.

According to the Texas Secretary of State, Luis Arturo Serrano has been registered to vote since 2014.

The Texas Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 7502 Marble Glen Lane as of Oct. 10, 2020: Joeanna Serrano, 22, Luis Arturo Serrano, 52, and Jennifer Serrano, 25.
