April: Home valuations in Cypress increased

The median assessed value of a home sold in April in Cypress rose by $26,565 while total valuation decreased by 7 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April, there were 252 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $263,255 - an 11.2 percent increase over the $236,690 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 271 homes sold in Cypress in April 2021.
