How did home valuations perform in Jamestown Colony during April?

The median assessed value of a home sold in April in Jamestown Colony rose by $92,675 while total valuation decreased by 33.3 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April, there were two homes sold, with a median home valuation of $229,065 - a 67.9 percent increase over the $136,390 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Jamestown Colony in April 2021.
