Home valuations increased in Middlegate Village during April

The median assessed value of a home sold in April in Middlegate Village rose by $34,586 while total valuation increased by 100 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April, there were four homes sold, with a median home valuation of $201,831 - a 20.7 percent increase over the $167,245 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Middlegate Village in April 2021.
