The median assessed value of a home sold in April in West Glen rose by $36,248 while total valuation remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April, there were three homes sold, with a median home valuation of $200,248 - a 22.1 percent increase over the $164,000 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in West Glen in April 2021, as well.
