Settlers Village median home valuations rose by 20% in April

The median assessed value of a home sold in April in Settlers Village rose by $29,631 while total valuation remained unchanged with four homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April, there were four homes sold, with a median home valuation of $177,975 - a 20 percent increase over the $148,344 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Settlers Village in April 2021, as well.
