May: Yorktown Colony experienced a 25.9% increase in median home valuations

The median assessed value of a home sold in May in Yorktown Colony rose by $46,429 while total valuation remained unchanged with four homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May, there were four homes sold, with a median home valuation of $225,826 - a 25.9 percent increase over the $179,397 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Yorktown Colony in May 2021, as well.
