Home valuations increased in Cypress during May

The median assessed value of a home sold in May in Cypress rose by $37,290 while total valuation decreased by 19.8 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May, there were 239 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $265,658 - a 16.3 percent increase over the $228,368 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 298 homes sold in Cypress in May 2021.
