Concord Bridge home valuations rose in May

The median assessed value of a home sold in May in Concord Bridge rose by $44,893 while total valuation remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May, there were three homes sold, with a median home valuation of $207,944 - a 27.5 percent increase over the $163,051 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Concord Bridge in May 2021, as well.
