May: Home valuations in Williamsburg Parish increased

The median assessed value of a home sold in May in Williamsburg Parish rose by $21,266 while total valuation decreased by 33.3 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May, there were two homes sold, with a median home valuation of $209,954 - an 11.3 percent increase over the $188,688 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Williamsburg Parish in May 2021.
