Rising home valuations in Copperfield Southcreek Village in May

The median assessed value of a home sold in May in Copperfield Southcreek Village rose by $21,507 while total valuation increased by 50 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May, there were three homes sold, with a median home valuation of $203,572 - an 11.8 percent increase over the $182,065 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Copperfield Southcreek Village in May 2021.
