Cypress home valuations rose in Q2

The median assessed value of a home sold in the second quarter of 2022 in Cypress rose by $36,365 while total valuation decreased by 12.6 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June, there were 784 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $271,437 - a 15.5 percent increase over the $235,072 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 897 homes sold in Cypress in the second quarter of 2021.
