How did home valuations perform in Pine Forest Village during Q2?

The median assessed value of a home sold in the second quarter of 2022 in Pine Forest Village rose by $4,169 while total valuation decreased by 25 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June, there were three homes sold, with a median home valuation of $262,179 - a 1.6 percent increase over the $258,010 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Pine Forest Village in the second quarter of 2021.
