Rising home valuations in Deerfield Village in Q2

The median assessed value of a home sold in the second quarter of 2022 in Deerfield Village rose by $21,876 while total valuation decreased by 30 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June, there were seven homes sold, with a median home valuation of $241,218 - a 10 percent increase over the $219,342 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Deerfield Village in the second quarter of 2021.
