Median home valuations in Northmead Village rose to $234,406 in Q2

The median assessed value of a home sold in the second quarter of 2022 in Northmead Village rose by $22,750 while total valuation decreased by 25 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June, there were three homes sold, with a median home valuation of $234,406 - a 10.7 percent increase over the $211,656 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Northmead Village in the second quarter of 2021.
