Q2: Windstone experienced a 33.1% increase in median home valuations

The median assessed value of a home sold in the second quarter of 2022 in Windstone rose by $54,624 while total valuation decreased by 40 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June, there were six homes sold, with a median home valuation of $219,858 - a 33.1 percent increase over the $165,234 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Windstone in the second quarter of 2021.
