Valuation for the median home in Bear Creek Plantation increased during Q2

The median assessed value of a home sold in the second quarter of 2022 in Bear Creek Plantation rose by $27,594 while total valuation increased by 50 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June, there were three homes sold, with a median home valuation of $211,721 - a 15 percent increase over the $184,127 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Bear Creek Plantation in the second quarter of 2021.
