Q2: Home valuations in Jamestown Colony increased

The median assessed value of a home sold in the second quarter of 2022 in Jamestown Colony rose by $44,057 while total valuation increased by 33.3 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June, there were eight homes sold, with a median home valuation of $208,057 - a 26.9 percent increase over the $164,000 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Jamestown Colony in the second quarter of 2021.
