Middlegate Village home valuations rose in Q2

The median assessed value of a home sold in the second quarter of 2022 in Middlegate Village rose by $27,012 while total valuation remained unchanged with seven homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June, there were seven homes sold, with a median home valuation of $204,678 - a 15.2 percent increase over the $177,666 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Middlegate Village in the second quarter of 2021, as well.
