Rising home valuations in Williamsburg Parish in Q2

The median assessed value of a home sold in the second quarter of 2022 in Williamsburg Parish rose by $23,520 while total valuation remained unchanged with five homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June, there were five homes sold, with a median home valuation of $201,357 - a 13.2 percent increase over the $177,837 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Williamsburg Parish in the second quarter of 2021, as well.
