Home valuations increased in West Glen during Q2

The median assessed value of a home sold in the second quarter of 2022 in West Glen rose by $44,541 while total valuation decreased by 16.7 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June, there were 10 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $200,118 - a 28.6 percent increase over the $155,577 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in West Glen in the second quarter of 2021.
