Q2: Yorktown Colony experienced a 6.6% increase in median home valuations

The median assessed value of a home sold in the second quarter of 2022 in Yorktown Colony rose by $12,417 while total valuation decreased by 20 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June, there were eight homes sold, with a median home valuation of $199,439 - a 6.6 percent increase over the $187,022 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Yorktown Colony in the second quarter of 2021.
