What happened to the median home valuation in Bradford Colony during Q2?

The median assessed value of a home sold in the second quarter of 2022 in Bradford Colony rose by $44,868 while total valuation decreased by 22.2 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June, there were seven homes sold, with a median home valuation of $197,041 - a 29.5 percent increase over the $152,173 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Bradford Colony in the second quarter of 2021.
