Valuation for the median home in Amhurst increased during Q2

The median assessed value of a home sold in the second quarter of 2022 in Amhurst rose by $72,951 while total valuation decreased by 71.4 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June, there were two homes sold, with a median home valuation of $194,686 - a 59.9 percent increase over the $121,735 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Amhurst in the second quarter of 2021.
