Highland Village home valuations rose in Q2

The median assessed value of a home sold in the second quarter of 2022 in Highland Village rose by $27,978 while total valuation remained unchanged with six homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June, there were six homes sold, with a median home valuation of $188,992 - a 17.4 percent increase over the $161,014 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Highland Village in the second quarter of 2021, as well.
