Rising home valuations in Tealbrook Reservation in Q2

The median assessed value of a home sold in the second quarter of 2022 in Tealbrook Reservation rose by $50,442 while total valuation decreased by 9.1 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June, there were 10 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $177,994 - a 39.5 percent increase over the $127,552 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Tealbrook Reservation in the second quarter of 2021.
