Median home valuations in Northglen rose to $174,400 in Q2

The median assessed value of a home sold in the second quarter of 2022 in Northglen rose by $34,934 while total valuation increased by 15.4 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June, there were 15 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $174,400 - a 25 percent increase over the $139,466 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Northglen in the second quarter of 2021.
