Home valuations increased in Windsong during Q2

The median assessed value of a home sold in the second quarter of 2022 in Windsong rose by $24,283 while total valuation increased by 35.3 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June, there were 23 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $172,877 - a 16.3 percent increase over the $148,594 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Windsong in the second quarter of 2021.
