Concord Colony median home valuations rose by 14.1% in Q2

The median assessed value of a home sold in the second quarter of 2022 in Concord Colony rose by $20,189 while total valuation increased by 40 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June, there were seven homes sold, with a median home valuation of $163,000 - a 14.1 percent increase over the $142,811 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Concord Colony in the second quarter of 2021.
