Rising home valuations in Somerall in Q2

The median assessed value of a home sold in the second quarter of 2022 in Somerall rose by $32,196 while total valuation decreased by 77.8 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June, there were two homes sold, with a median home valuation of $160,985 - a 25 percent increase over the $128,789 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Somerall in the second quarter of 2021.
