Home valuations increased in Wood Fern during Q2

The median assessed value of a home sold in the second quarter of 2022 in Wood Fern rose by $21,290 while total valuation decreased by 55.6 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June, there were four homes sold, with a median home valuation of $149,296 - a 16.6 percent increase over the $128,006 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Wood Fern in the second quarter of 2021.
