Q2: Autumn Run experienced a 4.6% increase in median home valuations

The median assessed value of a home sold in the second quarter of 2022 in Autumn Run rose by $5,893 while total valuation decreased by 71.4 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June, there were two homes sold, with a median home valuation of $135,296 - a 4.6 percent increase over the $129,403 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Autumn Run in the second quarter of 2021.
