First half of 2022: Home valuations in Cypress increased

The median assessed value of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Cypress rose by $31,017 while total valuation increased by 29.1 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were 1,470 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $267,854 - a 13.1 percent increase over the $236,837 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 1,139 homes sold in Cypress in the first half of 2021.
