Pine Forest Village home valuations rose in the first half of 2022

The median assessed value of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Pine Forest Village rose by $4,815 while total valuation decreased by 20 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were four homes sold, with a median home valuation of $266,240 - a 1.8 percent increase over the $261,425 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Pine Forest Village in the first half of 2021.
