Rising home valuations in Deerfield Village in the first half of 2022

The median assessed value of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Deerfield Village rose by $32,140 while total valuation increased by 50 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were 18 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $239,002 - a 15.5 percent increase over the $206,862 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Deerfield Village in the first half of 2021.
