What happened to the median home valuation in Windstone during the first half of 2022?

The median assessed value of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Windstone rose by $55,081 while total valuation increased by 45.5 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were 16 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $218,420 - a 33.7 percent increase over the $163,339 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Windstone in the first half of 2021.
