Valuation for the median home in Hearthstone decreased during the first half of 2022

The median assessed value of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Hearthstone fell by $1,526 while total valuation increased by 60 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were eight homes sold, with a median home valuation of $214,435 - a 0.7 percent decrease from the $215,961 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Hearthstone in the first half of 2021.
