Bear Creek Plantation home valuations rose in the first half of 2022

The median assessed value of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Bear Creek Plantation rose by $21,980 while total valuation increased by 133.3 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were seven homes sold, with a median home valuation of $211,721 - an 11.6 percent increase over the $189,741 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Bear Creek Plantation in the first half of 2021.
