Median home valuations in Amhurst rose to $201,865 in the first half of 2022

The median assessed value of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Amhurst rose by $80,130 while total valuation decreased by 42.9 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were four homes sold, with a median home valuation of $201,865 - a 65.8 percent increase over the $121,735 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Amhurst in the first half of 2021.
