First half of 2022: Katy (Harris County) experienced a 41.2% increase in median home valuations

The median assessed value of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Katy in Harris County rose by $58,649 while total valuation increased by 58.3 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were 19 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $200,856 - a 41.2 percent increase over the $142,207 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Katy in the first half of 2021.
