What happened to the median home valuation in West Glen during the first half of 2022?

The median assessed value of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in West Glen rose by $44,371 while total valuation increased by 21.4 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were 17 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $199,987 - a 28.5 percent increase over the $155,616 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in West Glen in the first half of 2021.
