Valuation for the median home in Strathmore increased during the first half of 2022

The median assessed value of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Strathmore rose by $48,252 while total valuation increased by 125 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were 27 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $191,804 - a 33.6 percent increase over the $143,552 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Strathmore in the first half of 2021.
