Rising home valuations in Windsong in the first half of 2022

The median assessed value of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Windsong rose by $29,101 while total valuation increased by 116.7 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were 39 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $176,402 - a 19.8 percent increase over the $147,301 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Windsong in the first half of 2021.
