Median home valuations in Copperfield Southcreek Village rose to $169,576 in the first half of 2022

The median assessed value of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Copperfield Southcreek Village rose by $37,950 while total valuation increased by 7.1 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.
