Home valuations increased in Northglen during the first half of 2022

The median assessed value of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Northglen rose by $29,350 while total valuation increased by 33.3 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were 20 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $168,816 - a 21 percent increase over the $139,466 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Northglen in the first half of 2021.
