First half of 2022: Concord Bridge experienced a 25.3% increase in median home valuations

The median assessed value of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Concord Bridge rose by $33,970 while total valuation increased by 23.1 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were 16 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $168,171 - a 25.3 percent increase over the $134,201 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Concord Bridge in the first half of 2021.
